Great condition. I'm guessing it's a paperweight. If you grasp the wire stems and let go the ends clang together with the stems and make wonderful chime sounds. Again just guessing but it looks to be some kind of plastic or acrylic material. Paper label  still pretty nice. Measures 9 3/4" high and base is 3" diameter.
